Sarah Haug, of the South Dakota Army National Guard's 153rd Forward Support Company out of Parkston, team up to operate a sand dispenser while filling large helibags at the Helibase site in North Sioux City, S.D., Friday, June 3. Soldiers at the Helibase site are producing enough of the 2,000 pound sandbags for helicopter crews to deliver 350 per day to support the primary levee at Dakota Dunes in support of flooding operations.
