French veterans hold thier flags in rememberance of the fallen while the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) provided the color guard for a memorial ceremony in Picauville to remember the fallen during Operation Overlord— the D-Day landings which liberated France.
