Royal Thai miltary and police men listen to the origin of Oleoresin Capsicum (pepper spray) used as a deterrent from Gunnery Sgt. Joshua Turner, a native of Alliance, Ohio and currently assigned to the Special Operations Training Group at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan while at Chonburi, Thailand, May 31, during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2011. The seminar is designed to promote awareness of non-lethal weapons TTP's to maintain order in low-intensity or civil unrest scenarios. This is a bilateral seminar that has been previously conducted with Australia, bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippine, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tonga, United Kingdom and Vietnam representatives.
