Soldiers from the 21st Regiment, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Division, Queen's Guard, Royal Thai Army attempt to rinse oleoresin capsicum (pepper spray) from their eyes after completing a training scenario in which they were still able to function in their duties even though they may have sustained some of the contaminant themselves while reviewing non-lethal techniques with U.S. Marines from Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, while at Chonburi, Thailand, May 31, during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2011. The seminar is designed to promote awareness of non-lethal weapons TTP's to maintain order in low-intensity or civil unrest scenarios. This is a bilateral seminar that has been previously conducted with Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippine, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tonga, United Kingdom and Vietnam representatives.
