Pfc. David Seifert, a Harrisburg, Pa., native, now a light wheel mechanic with C Company, 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, receives a commander’s coin from Gen. David H. Petraeus, the International Security Assistance Force commander, during his visit to Forward Operating Base Kunduz in Kunduz province, Afghanistan, May 26. Nine soldiers and a civilian electrician were chosen amongst their peers for their contributions to the battalion.
