This is a boat ramp underwater at Lillydale Campground at Dale Hollow Lake May 7. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is releasing water at the dam to maintain a storage capacdity at the dam while being careful to manage water downstream to alleviate the flooding underway on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers.
