A fellow Marine from 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, salutes after hanging a dog tag of his fallen brother, at a memorial ceremony aboard Camp Leatherneck, Jan. 31. The ceremony was held to honor Cpl. Jacob A. Tate, Lance Cpl. Joseph R. Giese, and Lance Cpl. Maung P. Htaik, all riflemen with Echo Company, 2/9, who were killed in action in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
