Petty Officer 1st Class David Ochsenfeld, assigned to the security department at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, packs returned medications into boxes during the Drug Enforcement Administration's first National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. The national event is to help prevent medication misuse, abuse, and theft. The unused, expired or unwanted medications dropped off at one of three locations at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton filled 14 containers and weighed 181.6 pounds.
