Courtland Kilpatrick, infantryman, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry, 4th Brigade Combat Team, about militias operating illegally in Iraq's capitol at the King Cobra Dining Facility here in Baghdad's International Zone Oct. 25. Thurman, the commanding general of Multi-National Division – Baghdad, acknowledged to the Soldiers gathered for the special luncheon that Iraqi Security and Coalition Forces are working with the Government of Iraq to disband the illegal militias operating throughout Baghdad.
