A KC-135 Stratotanker from the 54th Air Refueling Squadron and a C-17 Globemaster III from the 58th Air Lift Squadron Fly complete the Prisoners of War/Missing in Action ceremony that was held at the 97th Air Mobility Wing base Wings of Freedom Park Sept. 17. The POW/MIA ceremony is held annually to remember those who have sacrificed their lives for their country at the base Wings of Freedom Park. The ceremony takes place during sunrise to help usher in the start of a new dawn … new hope as well as facilitate the electronic display of the names of the military members from Oklahoma still listed as missing in action.
