Peruvian navy Diver Falcon Bernol, left, and Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Shawn Cooley, diver, return to the pier after attaching salvage equipment to a sunken Panamanian navy patrol boat. Company 2-6 of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, and teams from partner nations Panama, Columbia and Peru used lift bags to bring the boat to the surface after it was sunk by a tugboat's wake. MDSU-2 is participating in Navy Diver-Southern Partnership Station, a multinational partnership engagement designed to increase interoperability and partner nation capacity through diving operations.
