World War II veteran, retired U.S. Army Master Sgt. John LaRue and VFW Ladies Auxiliary President Debbie Farrell unveil a plaque donated by VFW Post 10281 to mark the scattering garden at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central during the Memorial Day Ceremony there May 31. The scattering garden is a final resting place for the ashes of cremated veterans.
