BEIRUT– Chief Boatswain's Mate Ty Ehlers supervises forklift operations during offload operations in Beirut, Lebanon. More than 100,000 tons of humanitarian aid was delivered by the U.S. Navy's High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2), August 4, 2006. More than $2 million worth of humanitarian aid was donated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and with the help of Islamic Relief Organization, will be disbursed to approximately 20,000 Lebanese citizens.
