Brady was supporting Operation Proper Exit, Cruz was in Iraq as part of Operation Proper Exit, which helps Soldiers who experienced traumatic injuries attain psychological closure by witnessing the progress made in Iraq. The scientists at the JEFF explained how they are able to apprehend militant Iraqis with evidence found by U.S. Troops.
