Construction on the Rutbah Bridge was completed by the persistance and dedication of Task Force Atlas, 141 Brigade Support Battalion, Oregon National Guard, 13th Sustainment Brigade (Expeditionary). Ability to use the bridge, previously damaged by terrorist activities, made conducting the convoy mission quicker and safer for TF Atlas and the local people. The project was completed months earlier than planned.
