The Army Reserve Culinary team works in their kitchen preparing for their table display event at the 35th U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition at Fort Lee, Va., Monday, March 8. The table display will be set up in the Post Field House and incorporates a 12-foot by 12-foot display that will feature a variety of items to include cold buffet platters, centerpieces, petit fours, along with marizpan, fondant, tallow, chocolate and salt dough sculptures.
