Army Reserve Sgt. Trent Skinner puts the finishing touches on a Pharaoh salt dough sculpture for the table display in the team's kitchen at the 35th U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition at Fort Lee, Va., Monday, March 8. Skinner, from Junction City, Kan., is assigned to the 645th Transportation Company, Nellis A.F.B., Las Vegas, Nev. The table display will be set up in the Post Field House and incorporates a 12-foot by 12-foot display that will feature a variety of items to include cold buffet platters, centerpieces, petit fours, along with marizpan, fondant, tallow, chocolate and salt dough sculptures.
