Jared Daugherty, infantryman, D Company, 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, accepts a voucher for a shelter tarp from a Haitian women during a distribution sponsored by USAID and the Christian Veterinary Mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Feb. 23. The distribution was part of an ongoing effort to provide shelter to the people of Haiti before the onset of the Caribbean rainy seasom.
