A lone shelter stands in the middle of a field in northern Port-au-Prince with the USAID logo emblazoned on the outside. This shelter tarp was distributed by the Christian Veterinary Mission and the 2nd Brigade Combat Team Paratroopers, Feb. 23. The distribution was part of an ongoing effort to provide shelter to the people of Haiti before the onset of the Caribbean rainy season.
