During an extraction of troops from an objective area, Staff Sgt. Greg Davis from Company B, 3rd Battalion, 82nd Aviation Regiment rallying ground forces through their team leader to pull the troops from the site as quickly as possible. Time on ground is limited and threat factors are considered. The intent behind inserting and extracting ground forces to various objective sights is to provide freedom of movement over harsh terrain and avoids improvised explosive devices.
