Brigadier Gen. Alan S. Dohrmann, commander of Kosovo Forces 12, and Major Gen. Renaldo Rivera, Virgiin Islands adjutant general, made time to converse during a Kosovo Forces training exercise at Camp Atterbury, Ind. Dohrmann will be commanding KFOR 12, a brigade-size team formed by Reserve and National Guard Soldiers from 14 different states and territories.
