Stillwater, Minn., native, Sgt. William Hering, of the 150th Armored Reconnaissance Squadron non-commissioned officers corps signs his name on the archway after the NCO ceremony at Camp Stryker, Sept, 18. The archway represents crossing the threshold from Soldiers to junior leaders of the Army. Future inductees will record the date, location and their signatures to create a time-honored legacy for the squadron's NCO Corps. The National Guard squadron is based out of Bluefield, W.Va., and is attached to the 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team based out of Clinton, N.C.
