    30th Armored Brigade Combat Team

    Command Sgt. Maj. James Allen (center), of 150th Armored Reconnaissance Squadron, presents Sgt. James Lowry (right), of Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, with a non-commissioned officers guide during a NCO ceremony, Sept. 18. Lowry, of Elkview, W.Va., received a copy of the NCO creed from his first sergeant as he moved down the line of the official party. The National Guard squadron is based out of Bluefield, W.Va. and is attached to the 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, based out of Clinton, N.C., for this deployment.
