The U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) color guard stand at attention during USACAPOC (A)'s change of command ceremony, Sept. 20. Maj. Gen. David N. Blackledge received the command from Maj. Gen. David A. Morris, who has led the all-Army Reserve command since 2007. USACAPOC (A) soldiers represent less than five percent of the Army Reserve, but account for about 20 percent of all Army Reserve deployments.
