Peruvian special forces secure the perimeter after fast roping onto the flight deck of the Peruvian Navy frigate BAP Qui-ones (FM 58) during the multinational training exercise Fuerzas Aliadas PANAMAX 2009. The exercise is tailored to the defense of the Panama Canal with participants from 20 countries and involving more than 4,500 personnel throughout the U.S. Southern Command area of focus.
