Kevin Jarvis, a Medic in the 166th Aviation Brigade, First Army Division West, negociates one of the towers in the Air Assault Obstacle Course, one of the events in the First Army Soldier of the Year competition at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, in Florida. Jarvis won the competition and will continue to the Forces Command level as the First Army representative at Fort Hood, Texas in July.
