    Richard Bumgardner of U.S. Army Europe, Public Affairs Office Heidelberg, Germany, interviews, center, 92 year old 2nd Lt. Dorothy Levitsky-Sinner, and her sister 89-year-old 1st Lt. Ellan Levitsky-Orkin, at the Amfreville, France, dedication ceremony June 4. The Levitsky sisters where both U.S. Army nurses assigned to the 164th General Tent Hospital which was located in the town of La Haye De Puit, France. They arrived in Normandy in August 1944.
