Sgt. Howard Huebner of C Company, 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment receives a commemorative pin from a town official of Amfreville, France, during the commemoration ceremony held in their honor in Amfreville, France, June 4. The pins were presented to all World War II veterans in attendance at the dedication ceremony to honor them for their selfless courage and sacrifice on the night of June 6, 1944, plus the many days and months that followed until the end of World War II. Huebner's hometown is the city of Leesburg, Fla.
