Staff Sgt. Terrell Washington, of Oklahoma City, Okla., non-commissioned officer in charge of the cooks with Company E, 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, attaches a forklift to a block of concrete, in order to finish building a wall around the kitchen area June 2. U.S. Soldiers are improving the conditions of JSS Basateen before their departure to further facilitate their 3rd Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 1st National Police Division counterparts in securing the area.
