1st Cavalry Division medics prepare to perform initial medical screenings on troops returning to Fort Hood from West Africa. Soldiers from the 36th Engineer Brigade returned early Jan. 7 from their deployment to Liberia, West Africa, where they supported Operation United Assistance. In West Africa, the troops were responsible for the construction of treatment centers to help battle Ebola in the region.
