Medical personnel from the 1st Cavalry Division performed initial medical screenings on troops returning to Fort Hood, Texas, from West Africa. The 36th Engineer Brigade Soldiers returned early Jan. 7. The troops deployed to Liberia in support of Operation United Assistance where they were responsible for the construction of treatment centers to help battle Ebola in the region.
