Jonathan Marsh, 1-228th Aviation Regiment weather forecaster, sets up a Tactical Meteorological Observing System during air load and fly-away training on Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Nov. 25, 2014. During the training members of the U.S. Southern Command Situational Assessment Team received training on setting up a Pre-Positioned Expeditionary Assistance Kit to help prepare the team respond efficiently to humanitarian assistance and disaster response situations throughout U.S. Southern Command’s area of responsibility.
