Brig. Gen. Mike Holmes delivers his final speech as wing commander to U.S. and coalition service members during the change of command ceremony at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, April 18. "I've been honored by the opportunity to serve along the best people," Gen. Holmes said. "You all found ways to say yes instead of reasons to say no. We've made the wing better with every Air Expeditionary Force cycle." Gen. Holmes is relocating to the Washington D.C. area for reassignment.
