Transfer of Skills
The first subject matter expert MSgt Ho is a Honalulu, Hawaii native and is currently stationed in Vogalway Germany. He is a key player in transferring skills to the local Afghanistan law enforcement agencies. The second is the Bagram Chief of police. Security Forces in the AOR are providing training oportunities for their Afghan counterparts in order to transfer the skills necessary for Afghanistan to stand on its own.
