Louisiana Army National Guardsman 1st Sgt. Paul J. Baum congratulates Col. Lee W. Hopkins of St. Francisville, La., after a formal promotion ceremony at the Stafford House on Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La., April 14. Hopkins, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, is currently assigned as the commander of the Recruiting and Retention Command at Camp Beauregard. Maj. Gen. Bennett C. Landreneau, LANG adjutant general, presided over the pinning ceremony.
