Louisiana Army National Guard Soldiers receive training on how to signal in an approaching UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter to transport a sandbag during a Disaster Readiness Exercise located at a sandbag staging site in Plaquemines Parish, La., on April 4. Sandbags are used to plug levee breaches and to stop water from overtopping the levee systems.
