Capt. John Coffey, commodore of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group 2, speaks with Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 (NMCB 1) following a tour of renovated South East Asia (SEA) huts on Marine Corps Air Station New River. NMCB 1 is providing vertical and horizontal construction as a part of real-world and scenario based training for Bold Alligator 2014. Bold Alligator is intended to improve Navy and Marine Corps amphibious core competencies. Working with coalition, NATO, allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces. The exercise takes place Oct. 29 - Nov. 10, 2014, afloat and ashore along the Eastern Seaboard. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Mike Lenart/Released)
