Capt. John Coffey (right), commodore of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group 2, recognizes Equipment Operator 1st Class Jonathan Fulton, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 (NMCB 1), with a coin for his outstanding preparation of Bold Alligator 2014. NMCB 1 is providing vertical and horizontal construction as a part of real-world and scenario based training for Bold Alligator. Bold Alligator is intended to improve Navy and Marine Corps amphibious core competencies. Working with coalition, NATO, allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
