Capt. Clay White, commander of Company C, 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, hands an Iraqi girl clothes and school supplies during a distribution event in the area of Sumer al-Ghadier April 1, located in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. White, of Williamsburg, Va., and his Paratroopers were invited by district officials to participate in National Orphan Day. More than 60 orphan children were given the much-needed goods.
