Armando Banez, gives his closing comments for the course of action brief during the Command Post Exercise of Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 15 in Palawan, Philippines, October 7, 2014. The command post exercise brings together Philippine and Marine Corps units to enhance communication with units throughout the battle space and gain awareness of situations as training scenarios develop.
