Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force fire an 81mm mortar during a live-fire range at Cincu-14 September 25. The exercise was designed to promote interoperability between both countries with military-to-military training, live-fire ranges, fire support coordination training and sharing tactics, techniques and procedures.
