A Marine with Black Sea Rotational Force 14 engages targets with a mounted .50-caliber machine gun during a live-fire range at Cincu-14 September 25. The exercise was designed to promote interoperability between both countries with military-to-military training, live-fire ranges, fire support coordination training and sharing tactics, techniques and procedures.
