Dmitrijs Romanovs from the Construction Engineers, Combat Support Battalion, Land Force Infantry Brigade, fastens it into place on a rappel tower here Sept. 23, 2014. The U.S. engineers are deployed for training in Latvia as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a series of exercises to demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO allies.
