Lt. Col. Jason Tussey, commander of the 1st Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment “Headhunters,” 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, coins Sgt. Whitney Celestin, a Fitzgerald, Ga., native and a Headhunter chaplain’s assistant, for her work on organizing this year’s Headhunter prayer luncheon at Comanche Chapel here Sept. 11. More than 40 Black Jack Soldiers attended the luncheon, which was an opportunity to build morale, encourage each other, have lunch together, and build spiritual fitness, said Celestin.
