Lt. Col. James Mansard, commander of the 361st Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron, exits a MC-12W Liberty intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Sept. 1, 2014. Mansard flew the last IRS flight in Regional Command-South, which marked an end of four years of IRS flights throughout RC-South.
