U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate 3rd class Zach Martin, attached to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CORIVRON) 2, gives a certificate to a Guatemalan service member, attached to Fuerza Especial Naval (FEN), at their closing ceremony during Southern Partnership Station 2014 (SPS-JHSV 14).
