Eglin Air Force Base firefighters remove an unconscious pilot from an F-35A Lightning II during a joint-base major accident exercise between Eglin Air Force Base and Duke Field, Fla., Aug. 6. The simulated accident was a mid-air collision of a 33rd Fighter Wing joint strike fighter and a 919th Special Operations Wing C-145.
