A Multi-National Division - Baghdad Soldier from 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, participates in a humanitarian aid drop at the Al Leka Maternity Hospital in the Karkh District of northwest Baghdad on Feb. 4. The Soldiers were partnered with Iraqi soldiers form the 1st Battalion, 22nd Brigade, 6thIraqi army division and delivered baskets to over 30 new mothers at the maternity ward.
