Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 22nd Brigade, 6th Iraqi army division, participate in a humanitarian aid drop at the Al Leka Maternity Hospital on Feb. 4 in the Karkh District of Baghdad. The ISF partnered with Soldiers from the 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad to deliver the supplies to the recently reopened maternity ward.
