Sgt. Trevor A. Tipper gives a demonstration to Japan Ground Self-Defense Force officers of nondestructive inspection tools the Marine Corps uses July 18 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. The instruments he showcased were the fluorescent penetrant inspection, the ultrasonic nondestructive inspection, nondestructive eddy current testing and the magnetic particle bench test.
